Sexual harassment training
Though harassment training is not required in the state of Vermont, it is highly recommended.
Voluntary paid leave
Vermont’s voluntary paid family leave program began in July 2023, with only state employees receiving coverage. Private employers with two or more employees were able to begin participating in July 2024. Learn more
