Paid family leave begins
Colorado’s paid family leave program began on January 1, 2024. Certain employees will be eligible for up to 12 weeks of paid leave to care for a sick family member, bond with a newborn, or plan for a military deployment of a family member. Learn more in our guide to paid family leave.
