Andrew Rothenberg

Andrew Rothenberg is OnPay’s Vice President of Insurance. He leads the company’s insurance agency, supporting traditional fully-insured, level-funded, ICHRA, and all ancillary coverage options for OnPay’s clients. A licensed insurance broker, he brings decades of industry experience to help small businesses navigate their benefits programs and insurance needs.

Before joining OnPay, Andrew served as VP and Principal at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants and as a Business Consultant at Sequoia Consulting Group. Previously, he was VP of Sales Management at OneDigital Health and Benefits, where he developed and led the national small business and partnerships team. Andrew also spent nearly 11 years at ADP, rising to VP of Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) for the Southeast US.

An Emory University graduate, Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts in History while also serving as Captain of the Varsity Men’s Baseball Team. Outside of work, Andrew is active in his community, served as a Board Member for the Roswell Youth Baseball Association from 2017 to 2025, coaches youth baseball, and continues to play in the AMBA and MSBL.
