October 2025 – January 2026 OnPay Partner Promotion Terms

1. Terms and Conditions

These Partner Promotion Terms (the “Terms”) contain the terms and conditions of the October 2025 – January 2026 Partner Promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by OnPay, LLC (“OnPay”).

 

Accounting firms or bookkeepers of OnPay’s Partner Program (each, a “Partner”) who add clients to the OnPay payroll platform (the “Platform”) between October 1, 2025, and January 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) are eligible to participate.

 

Promotion Details:

  • Add 3 clients who run payroll by January 31, 2026 and earn $1,000, paid out by February 15, 2026.
  • Earn $200 for every additional client added (between 4 and 48) who run payroll by January 31, 2026 and remain active until June 30, 2026, up to a maximum total promotion payout of $10,000. The payout will be made by July 15, 2026.

 

Eligibility:

 

A qualified “new client” is a client of a Partner that:

(i) enrolls as an organization affiliated with the Partner’s OnPay account during the Promotion Period,

(ii) runs one or more payrolls with a check date before January 31, 2026, and

(iii) has not previously been a client of OnPay.

(iv) is enrolled under the primary standard pricing plan, including any Partner discounts.

 

The payroll account that is used to pay employees of any Partner will not be credited as a New Client, and is excluded from eligibility, along with any clients receiving special or non-standard reduced pricing rates. 

 

Rewards:

 

Initial $1,000 Reward. When a Partner meets the conditions of this promotion by adding three (3) new clients, the Partner will receive a $1,000 reward. The reward will be paid by February 15, 2026.

 

Additional $200 per client Reward. For every additional client beyond the initial three (3), the Partner will receive $200 per client. To qualify, each new client must remain active until June 30, 2026. The maximum payout for this additional reward is $9,000, bringing the total potential reward to $10,000. Payments for additional clients will be made by July 15, 2026 for all qualified clients.

 

No Payout on Termination: In the event a client terminates their account or no longer uses OnPay’s services before the reward payout date, the Partner will forfeit any associated reward.

 

Non-transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and will only be paid to the Partner whom they were awarded. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for any other form of value.

2. Disclaimer

Reserved Right. OnPay reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms and/or the Promotion at any time, for any reason, and at OnPay’s sole discretion, without prior notice. OnPay also reserves the right to declare a New Client ineligible for the Promotion if OnPay determines that Partner or New Client has violated the terms of the Promotion.

 

Relationship to existing terms. Nothing in these Terms is meant to alter or update any incentives, discounts, or commissions that are also available to Partners under the OnPay Partner Program Terms.

3. Other Terms

General Terms. These Promotion Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Participants and OnPay concerning Partners’ use of the Promotion. The failure of OnPay to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
