Guideline offers affordable 401(k) plans for growing businesses that seamlessly connect with OnPay. They’ll administer the plan, onboard and educate employees, and manage investments so you can offer a work benefit without all the added paperwork.
- Easy setup: You can set up a 401(k) plan in 20 minutes. From there, it’s pretty hands off. They take care of plan administration, recordkeeping, government filing, and more.
- Employee onboarding: When employees become eligible to join the plan, they’ll notify and enroll them on your behalf—and provide full support along the way.
- Intelligent investing: They can help participants select a diversified investment portfolio—with low-cost funds across asset classes—that rebalances automatically to stay on track.
How it works
Guideline and OnPay make 401(k) management easy. Our two platforms integrate seamlessly, using API integration to securely transfer data back and forth daily—often in real time. So when an employee changes their 401(k) contribution, OnPay will know. And when a company adds a new employee, Guideline will know. With our integration, 401(k) contributions are automatically deducted each pay run, so you can focus on your day-to-day.
Disclosure: At the time of this endorsement, OnPay (the “Solicitor”) is not a client of Guideline. Guideline pays a fee for each 401(k) & SEP IRA client referred by the Solicitor, as outlined in Guideline’s written solicitation arrangement with the Solicitor. Additional disclosures will be provided to you by Guideline prior to opening an account with Guideline.
We use technology to keep prices low and eliminate transaction fees. See Guideline’s Form ADV 2A Brochure here for more information on their fees.
