Getting set up is simple

Once you’ve set up OnPay, it just takes a few minutes to sync with Xero:

  1. Log in to OnPay.

  2. Under Settings, choose Payroll Integrations, then Accounting.

  3. Click Connect to Xero, and enter your Xero credentials.

  4. Click Refresh Accounts to pull in your Xero chart of accounts.

  5. Choose to sync automatically, or set up custom account mapping.

  6. Live happily ever after! OnPay data will sync with Xero each time you run payroll.
