Jordan Perry

Jordan Perry is a senior product analyst at OnPay, joining the online payroll services company in its early stages, and has worked in the payroll industry for over a dozen years. In his current role, Jordan contributes to OnPay’s product knowledge base, troubleshoots quality assurance issues, stays informed on industry regulations, and develops new product features and processes to improve the client experience.

Before his current role at OnPay, Jordan contributed to departments across the organization, including client experience, compliance, product, and benefits administration. Jordan is a certified payroll professional (CPP), earning his certification from the American Payroll Association, and is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in psychology.

What’s your favorite thing about being part of the OnPay team?
