    Small businesses get everything we do for just $40 per month, plus $6 for each worker that receives a paycheck. Our simple fee includes all of our payroll services, our online HR tools, and access to integrated benefits. There are no additional fees for extra pay runs, automated payroll tax filings, integrations, or for paying employees in multiple states. See pricing.

  • How can I deliver paychecks to employees?

    It’s totally up to you! Most businesses prefer to process payroll through direct deposit, but we’ll also give you the option of generating and printing paper paychecks, or you can pay employees with debit cards. When payday rolls around, employees will also be able to use their self-service access to pull their own paystubs.

  • What payroll taxes does OnPay process?

    It’s our goal to take all the payroll taxes off your to-do list. That means our software calculates and withholds state, federal and local taxes in each pay run. We’ll also process the filings and payments for your quarterly Form 941, annual Form 943, and your workers' W-2 and 1099 forms — as well as all your state and local taxes.
