Our referral program is simple: share your unique referral link via email, social media, or by submitting your contact's email directly to OnPay. When someone clicks your link and signs up for OnPay, once they complete their free trial and run at least one payroll, you'll earn a qualified referral.

You may also qualify for self-referrals in certain cases – such as when you're adding or transferring an additional business that's never used OnPay before.

You'll receive your reward as a digital Amazon gift card sent via email from Tango Gift Card Services. If you refer someone else, you'll get a $200 gift card once they become a qualified OnPay customer, and they'll receive a $100 gift card. If you refer yourself as an existing customer adding a new business, you'll receive a $100 gift card once you meet the eligibility requirements.

OnPay will send your gift card via email (from noreply@tangocard.com) within 30 days after your referral becomes qualified. The subject line will be "A Reward For You From OnPay." You may need to keep an eye out on your promotions/spam folder; it tends to go there from time to time.

To receive payment, you may be required to submit a valid W-9 form and any additional information necessary to complete the transaction.

To participate, both you and your referral must be at least 18 years old. Your referral must remain an active OnPay customer and run at least one payroll in a billed month to qualify. You must also remain setup and active as an OnPay customer when your referral meets these requirements.

The referred company must be new to OnPay — not a current or former customer.

You are eligible for a reward once the referral meets the eligibility requirements. Rewards are distributed via email (from noreply@tangocard.com) within 30 days after the referee meets the eligibility requirements. If you can't find your reward notification in the inbox of your OnPay login email, please reach out to our support team through the help tab in your account.

In some cases, you may still be eligible for the referral reward. Eligibility depends on whether the referral was a new customer and whether there’s a record showing that the referral invitation was sent before they signed up.
